Ginger & Lemon:
Ginger grated ½ tbsp.
Lemon slices 3-4
Honey ½ tsp or to taste
Directions:
In the kettle add water and bring it to a boil. Add ginger and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add lemon slices, mix well and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour in a serving cup through a strainer, add honey ,mix well & serve. Drink twice a day.
Ginger & Turmeric:
Cloves 3-4
Cinnamon sticks 2-3
Ginger sliced 1-inch piece
Black pepper crushed ¼ tsp
Pink salt 1 pinch
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Honey ½ tsp or to taste

In the kettle, add water and bring it to a boil. Add cloves, cinnamon sticks, ginger, black pepper crushed, pink salt, and turmeric powder and mix well. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Pour in a serving cup through a strainer, add honey, mix well & serve. Drink twice a day.

Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
